How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your account, please send an email to our support team at support@a5autos.com with the following details:

• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• In the body of the email, please include:
  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your phone number (if provided during registration)

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity to ensure the security of your account. This process may take up to 72 hours. After verification, we will proceed with deleting your account and all associated data from our systems.

Please note that this action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your listings, favorites, and other information associated with your account.

Data Retention

Upon deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your personal profile information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Your car listings and associated images.
• Your favorited items and search history.

For legal and security purposes, anonymized data that is not personally identifiable may be retained. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
